One of the most thoroughly planned and greatly anticipated residential communities in the history of the Greater New Orleans area is now under construction. This beautiful St. Charles Parish subdivision will be built in phases, with Phase 1A nearing completion. Phase 1A will include two lakes, walking and jogging trails, and the site of the future recreation center and its associated amenities. A total of 210 new families will be welcomed to Phases 1A & B.

The entire community, and every homesite in each of the neighborhoods, have been fully planned to be compatible and functional. Unlike many other new communities, Ashton Plantation has been planned from its inception as a group of neighborhoods to encompass 2,000 new homes over the next twenty years.
