Rathborne Properties LLC has bought the 42,378-square-foot Baton Rouge 2 building on Industriplex Boulevard for an undisclosed price.

Harvey-based Rathborne is a real estate development and investment company that owns more than 70 commercial and industrial properties across the Gulf South.

The light industrial warehouse was developed in 1999 by Sealy & Co., which decided to sell the property when its 10-year loan matured, Sealy said in a news release.

Sealy BRNO Properties LLC, a private equity firm based in Shreveport, Louisiana was the seller.
