Rathborne Executive Vice President Gregory C. Lier announced that the company has purchased purchased three warehouses in New Orleans East.

The three properties are located adjacent to one another at 132, Harbor Circle, 134 Harbor Circle, and 7400 Townsend Place.  The properties total 92,645 square feet, 15,043 square feet, and 112,500 square feet, respectively.  All three properties feature tilt-up concrete wall construction.

"Although the properties were damaged by flooding from Hurricane Katrina, the strength of the concrete wall construction made restoring the buildings to commerce a fairly quick process," said Lier. 

Lier noted that all three properties are now fully leased.
