Bergeron and Crescent Title. Bob is in his 14th year of managing residential and commercial real estate transactions. Bob manages and conducts approximately 1500 real estate transactions a year, which includes commercial and residential closings.
Bob is recognized throughout the area as an expert on Louisiana real estate law. He lectures frequently to investors on the legal aspects of buying and selling property. Throughout the metropolitan New Orleans area, Bob is considered a leading authority in the field of 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.

Ashton Plantation Phase 1c Excavation Begins
Construction crews have begun excavation of the 6-acre lake that will form the centerpiece of Ashton Plantation Phase 1c. Phase 1c will include 92 lots surrounding a 6.3 acre lake. Pre-sale reservations will be taken for Phase 1c later this summer, and the community is projected to be ready for home building in early 2007.
We will offer lots in Phase 1c first to those who have been on our waiting list the longest. Since there are hundreds who have been waiting a year or more, it is unlikely that everyone who is on the list will be able to purchase a lot in 1c. Additional lots in Ashton Plantation won’t be available for another year.
But there is a way to start building a home in Ashton Plantation immediately – by working with one of our Parade of Homes builders like Samro Construction. These builders have made a commitment to Ashton Plantation by purchasing multiple lots and committing to build a home in Ashton for the upcoming Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans Parade of Homes.
To help you see what is available now through one of our Parade builders, we have created an interactive map of lots these builders own in Phase 1a. Using this online tool, you can get detailed information on lots and builders. You can also simply click on a builder's email address to send an e-mail.
These builders have excellent lots available, both lake and non-lake, and could begin building a new home for you immediately. This is the quickest way for anyone to own a home in Ashton Plantation.
